1. Payment Policy.
1.1. All payment are proceeded offline;
1.2. Payment details will be offered via email or any contact method listed on our website.
1.3. Payment options available: Bitcoin , Litecoin , Ethereum , Bank Transfer, Western Union;
1.4. Other payment methods are not available so far;
1.5. Please let us know the payment you prefer on checkout page;
1.6. After order is placed, payment instructions will be offered within 1 working day, usually in less than 1 hour;
2. Delivery Policy.
2.1. We ship worldwide.
2.2. Shipping is USD40/package (1kg max) for powders and semi-finished oils;
2.3. Free shipping is only for orders US$300 or more;
2.4. All orders are shipped out within only 1 working day after payment cleared;
2.5. Tracking number is offered in the next 1 to 2 days after payment. Please be patient;
2.6. It usually takes 4 to 8 days to most countries. Just the estimated time of arrival;
3. Packaging Methods.
3.1. The best discrete pacages will be selected according to your orders;
3.2. Decode for which is which will be offered after the package is received;
3.3. Signature will be required. For dropoff packages, we’re not able to guarantee delivery.
4. Reshipment Policy.
4.1. We do have reshipment policy, but only once;
4.2. Reshipment policies are different based on order size and destination country.
4.2.1. For smooth shipping countries, we are able to reship 100% with free charges for once;
4.2.2. For tough shipping countries, we are not able to reship or reship small part of your order or reship with new orders placed.
4.3. Tough customs countries: Australia, New Zealand, Brazil, Paraguay, France, Spain, Norway, Italy, Turkey, Greece, Japan. (The list may be updated.) Other countries are treated as smooth shipping countries so far.
4.4. We’re always trying our best to increase the success rate with best shipping and packaging methods. All orders will be reshipped if seized unfortunately 100%. But it may not be in one time, we might need you to cover part of the costs according to order size or reship with your new orders placed. And we are able to reship only once with free charges.

5. Return Policy.
5.1. We are only able to refund before your package was packed or shipped out.
